JobAdder

JobAdder, without the copying and pasting.

We automate the steps around JobAdder (screening, posting, matching and handover) so the platform reflects reality without your team maintaining it manually.

The situation

Every application still needs a human to triage it.

High-volume roles generate more applications than anyone can read properly. The result is slow response times, good candidates missed, and screening quality that varies by who is on shift.

  • Applications pile up faster than they can be screened
  • The same role gets posted to each board by hand
  • Strong candidates already in the database never get surfaced
  • Handover to onboarding or payroll is a manual re-entry job

What we build

Automation built around JobAdder.

Application screening

Inbound applications scored against the role's real requirements, with the reasoning attached so a consultant can check the call rather than trust it blindly.

Multi-board job distribution

One job posted to every board you use, with responses flowing back into JobAdder against the right record.

Database rediscovery

New roles matched against candidates already in JobAdder, so the people you have paid to attract get surfaced before you pay to attract more.

Downstream handover

Placement data pushed into onboarding, payroll or finance without anyone re-keying it into a second system.

Connected to

What we connect JobAdder to.

The systems either side of the CRM, so the record stays true without anyone maintaining it by hand.

Telephony & VoIP

  • 8x8
  • Microsoft Teams
  • and other VoIP providers

Calls logged against the candidate record as they happen, rather than written up afterwards from memory, or not at all. Click-to-dial from the record, and recordings attached where you keep them.

Email

  • Gmail
  • Outlook

Conversations attached to the right candidate and job automatically, without relying on anyone remembering to BCC the CRM. Bounces and invalid addresses get caught rather than quietly rotting in the database.

Job boards & sourcing

  • LinkedIn
  • CV-Library
  • Reed
  • Seek

One job posted to every board you use, with applications flowing back against the right record instead of into an inbox. Candidate profiles enriched from the sources you already pay for.

Portals

  • Timesheet portals
  • QuickBooks
  • WordPress
  • Shopify

Hours from your timesheet portals through to invoicing without anyone re-keying them, even when two vendors use different formats and different billing models. Applications from your own site landing against the right job rather than in an inbox. Finance sees the same numbers the desk does.

Running something not listed here? See everything we connect . If it has an API we can work with it, and if it does not, it usually still has a database.

Process

Four stages. No surprises.

You see a working prototype before money changes hands, and a demo at the end of every stage after that.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map how the work happens today, find the steps that cost you the most time, and agree what success looks like.

  2. 02

    Free Prototype

You get an interactive prototype on your own device before any invoice, so you can judge the real thing, not a slide deck.

  3. 03

    Build & Demo

We design, build and test in stages, demoing at the end of each one and folding your feedback straight back into the work.

  4. 04

    Launch & Support

QA, deployment with minimal disruption, then ongoing support and maintenance as the business changes around it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked about JobAdder.

Does automated screening make the hiring decision?

No. It ranks and explains, a consultant decides. We build it that way deliberately, because screening that hides its reasoning is impossible to trust or to correct.

Can it handle high-volume temp recruitment?

That is where it pays back fastest. The higher the application volume, the more time triage consumes, and the bigger the difference automation makes.

What about candidate data and GDPR?

Candidate data stays in your systems. We design for your retention and consent rules, and document exactly what each integration reads, writes and stores.

How long does a JobAdder integration take?

A prototype comes first, at no cost, so you can judge it against your own applications rather than a demo. From there a focused first automation is usually weeks, not months.

Can you post to boards we already have contracts with?

Generally yes. Most boards expose a posting API, and where one does not there is usually still a supported feed. We confirm which of your boards are reachable during discovery, before anything is committed.

Who maintains it once it is running?

We do, as part of the arrangement. Job boards and ATS platforms both change without much notice, and an unmonitored integration fails quietly. The applications simply stop arriving and nobody notices for a fortnight.
